How To Enter
The entry fee for each branch is £150.00
To enter the competition simply complete the online entry form.
The competition period is 1st January 2009 to 31st December 2009.
Questionnaires must be returned and received by 12 noon on 1st February 2010
Once you have completed the entry form and we have received your payment you will be provided with a unique password giving you access to your own secure area on our website.
From here you can download and print copies of the questionnaire for clients to complete after each sale, one for the vendor and one for the buyer (clients can also complete the questionnaire online).
Lettings questionnaires should be completed by landlords (Let Only or Managed). For multiple properties only one questionnaire should be completed.
At the end of the competition period tell us the total number of sales and/or landlords you have and we'll work out your final score.
Your office will automatically be entered into the correct Regional Category. Additional categories include Best Small Agency Chain and Best Large Agency Chain.
