Officially the largest* and longest** running award scheme in the estate agent industry.
The Estas are unique because there is no judging panel of industry experts involved in selecting the winners.
Agents are judged by their clients on the level of customer service they receive during the home buying or selling process (or management process in the case of landlords)
Winning agents therefore have the satisfaction of saying they have been voted "the best" by the people that count most – the customers!
Agents can monitor their progress via our website, providing confidential benchmarking data throughout the competition period.
In addition, there is comprehensive PR support and a 15 page Performance Pack with regional and national comparison data for every agent that enters.
The competition will culminate in the most prestigious awards ceremony in the industry at the five-star Marriott Hotel in Mayfair, London on 15th April 2010.
Phil Spencer, from Channel 4's Location, Location, will present the much-coveted Estas, providing the perfect platform for participating agents to make the most of a recovering market.
