Rules & Conditions
- Questionnaires must be returned and received by 12 noon on 1st February 2010
- Online votes can be completed up to 5pm on 19th February 2010
- All vendors, buyers who have completed on a sale or landlords worked for from 1st January to 31st December 2009 are eligible to vote.
- Both Let Only Landlords and Managed Landlords are eligible to vote
- For multiple properties only one questionnaire per landlord should be completed.
- Questionnaires must be completed by and signed by customers
- Clients must not be influenced while completing their questionnaires
- Questionnaires must be returned directly to the competition organisers
- Agents may offer their own incentive to clients to complete the questionnaires
- Scores for each office are based on an aggregate score basis. Final scores are weighted according to the percentage of forms returned
- Scoring for Best Small Chain is based on the best average score from the top 3 offices entered
- Scoring for Best Large Chain is based on the best average score from the top 10 offices entered
- Only private housing can be entered into the competition; social/partnership housing in any form must not be included
